What We Provide

Your membership covers a full range of primary care services. Here's a closer look at what's included.

Preventive & Wellness Care

Annual physicals, well-woman exams, well-child checks, and health screenings form the foundation of your care. Dr. Highley takes time to understand your health history, assess risk factors, and create a prevention plan tailored to you. Immunization coordination is included — once vaccines are available in-office, we'll offer them directly.

Acute (Sick) Visits

Infections, injuries, rashes, UTIs, ear infections, flu, strep, and other unexpected health needs don't wait — and neither should you. Call or message Dr. Highley, and you'll be seen the same day or next day. No copays, no triage runaround.

Chronic Disease Management

Managing diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, asthma, weight management, and other chronic conditions takes time. Community Primary Care gives you that time: longer visits, frequent check-ins, and a doctor who knows your full history.

Mental & Behavioral Health

Depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions deserve real time and attention. Dr. Highley screens for these conditions, initiates treatment, and manages ongoing care. Complex cases may be referred to a specialist — Dr. Highley coordinates and follows your progress.

Women's Health

Pap smears, contraceptive management (pills, patches, rings, and other options), menopause care, and reproductive health are all part of your primary care. IUD insertion and Nexplanon placement are referred to a specialist; Dr. Highley coordinates the referral and manages follow-up.

Pediatric Care

From newborn visits to sports physicals, Community Primary Care welcomes all ages. Newborn exams, well-child checks, developmental screenings, school physicals, and sports physicals are all included. Call anytime with questions about your child.

In-Office Procedures

Skin lesion removal, abscess drainage, cryotherapy (wart removal), laceration repair, and skin biopsies — all handled right in the office. No separate facility fees, no waiting for a referral.

Telehealth

Video and phone visits are available for established patients. Great for follow-ups, medication management, and certain sick visits. New patients must be seen in person first to establish care.

Labs, Imaging & Medications

Community Primary Care is partnering with local labs and imaging providers to offer discounted lab and imaging pricing, with some common labs included in your membership. In-office medication dispensing is available, with wholesale pricing on in-stock medications.
