Effective April 1, 2026, every Community Primary Care membership includes a prescription benefit.
Home Delivery
Over 400 maintenance medications in various doses and strengths, delivered to your door at no additional cost. 90-day supply per shipment, with 12 shipments included per year.
Urgent Care Medications
70+ acute care medications available at over 70,000 pharmacies nationwide, included with your membership.
Prescription Discount Card
For medications not on our included list, your membership includes a prescription discount card for use at retail pharmacies.
Plus, select medications are available in-office at wholesale pricing.
How It Works
Dr. Highley prescribes
During your visit, Dr. Highley writes your prescription as part of your care plan.
We check the medication list
We confirm your medication is included and route it for home delivery or to a nearby pharmacy.
You get your medication
Maintenance meds are delivered to your door. Urgent care meds are picked up at a local pharmacy. Included medications are at no additional cost to you.

Consider a member taking lisinopril (blood pressure), metformin (diabetes), atorvastatin (cholesterol), levothyroxine (thyroid), and sertraline (depression). All five are included.
All five medications would be delivered to your door as part of your membership — at no additional cost. Many common over-the-counter medications like allergy, reflux, and pain medications are also included. Actual savings vary by medication and individual circumstances.
